Who really is God or a Higher Consciousness? Why are we on
a contest quest to see where He or She is. We keep trying to see Him or Her all
around us. However, what is important is that we are indeed seeking God all the
time. All that we are defined to do in life is to be seekers. Seekers of
love, seekers of truth and seekers of the divine, whatever we decide to call
it. This is part of our DNA.
Now, in the process of creating or recreating our
definition of God, we sometimes do get misled losing our direction. Still, this
is a part of growing up on the spiritual path. Do we not make a lot of mistakes
which learning the alphabet or even the numbers? Does that mean one gives up?
We do not which is why we later become experts or at least a little knowledgeable
in that field.
Similarly, it is only in trying that we shall indeed reach
somewhere. This could be within us or outside. Actually, it is never outside.
We just get reinforced that the path is within through all our steps outside.
There is a story about a workshop junkie who died and went
to heaven. Upon entering the pearly gates, he saw two signs directing him to
his final destination. One said: “This way to God”; and one was for
a workshop.
Does this mean all workshops all useless? Not really. They
do contribute. There are times, however, when we are extremely caught up in the
“process” of creating do not take account of what we have already
created, both good and bad.
Actually, the irony is that all the tools we need are
usually always laid in front of us, We only need to take note of them. We
usually make the mistake of disregarding them as insignificant in our seemingly
never-ending quest to manifest the life of our dreams.
The ability to deliberately engage the creative process is
a powerful aspect of our motivation. Usually, the greatest hurdle was always
this: “Where do we start?” The first step in being able to create a better life
is easier to find than we might think. Every key, every tool that you will ever
need, is right in front of you—in the groundwork of our current life.
Our dreams are born of the seeds of the life we are
currently living. There is no “there” there; there is only what we’ve got.
Fulfilling lives are born through trial and error always.
We must always remember that contrary to what may of us
think and believe, the grass is not greener on the other side, it is lush and
green where we water it. Let us begin doing this now by empowering
our mind by watering it with positive thoughts..
